solid, fluid and gas combustibles in boiler stations, heating and heat-treatment furnace. The output signal from the sensor can be used in control system of the machine for regulation of the air and fuel intake to keep the optimal mode of the combustion process.

In incinerator furnaces it enables to keep regulatory requirements for the oxygen content in outlet gas.

GANOX has rugged design which enables to install it directly to the outlet pipeline near the chamber of the furnace.

The sensor works with no delay of the signal as it doesn’t need to sample the gas and analysis it, but it has immediate response time.

The sensor has wide range of the operation which enables to use it for instance in the inert atmosphere for explosion proof rooms with argon, nitrogen, carbon dioxide.

• Principle of the measurement- Oxygen sensor is a galvanic cell with solid electrolyte from ZrO2. The sensor has logarithmic characteristic which enables to achieve wide measuring range – from 100% to extremely low values.
• Sensor design- The sensor consists of measuring unit, supplying unit and regulation and analyzing unit. Supplying unit consist of transformer for supplying of the unit, supplying of the heating of the measuring unit and intake compressor for the reference fresh air. Regulation and analyzing unit is based on microprocessor’s control, which can work independently or send the output signal to the higher level control system. The sensor has standard rugged housing for both units; optionally it can be designed to install the analyzing unit in switchboard or in other design.
• Operating conditions- Analyzing unit of the sensor is design to be used in wide range of temperatures -25°C to +50°C. The temperature of the measured gas can reach 600°C. The sensor works at any position.
